WSOPE Quick Sunday Update

Day 3 of the Main Event resumed today. Two Canadians are still in the running, Greg Mueller and the current chip leader Andrew Pantling with 975,000 chips, that is a 325,000 chip lead over the next player. There are 34 players remaining in the race including some notables, Dan Fleyshman, Phil Ivey, Roland de Wolfe, Barry Greenstein, and Freddy Deeb. The bubble’s been hit and Huck Seed was the bubble boy but from the players remaining only one person will take the £830,401 first prize.

Can Pantling repeat a final table here in London and better yet, can he this time bring it home with the win. He has played very impressively at the WSOPE.

Also on the menu today is the continuation of the Highroller Heads Up battle between Gus Hansen and Jim Collopy which was postponed due to both players’ participation in the Main Event. It’s down to the final match of 3 with both men tied at one a piece. Tonight we will have a new Heads Up Champ.
