The World Poker Tour returns to picturesque Niagara Falls for a televised edition of the $5,000 buy-in WPT Fallsview Poker Classic taking place from February 13-16 at the Fallsview Casino Resort.
Last year, with a field of nearly 400 entrants, Matthew Lapossie got the win of more than $300,000. This year’s event is expected to be even bigger.
There will also be three side-events taking place starting on February 7 with a CAD $1,100 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament with two starting days, followed by a CAD $2,500 buy-in no-limit hold’em tournament with two starting days beginning on February 10. A $1,500 buy-in shootout tournament on February 14.
Live satellites featuring buy-ins ranging from CAD $125 – CAD $1,050 are running daily at Fallsview Resort Casino. You can also qualify for the WPT Fallsview Poker Classic in a CAD $550 buy-in super satellite on February 12 at 3 p.m. Players can qualify online exclusively at partypoker, including in the two-seat guaranteed WPT Fallsview Poker Classic Final on Sunday, February 9 at 20:35 p.m. ET.
