The 2015 Atlantic Canada’s Poker Championship took the centre stage this past weekend where 300 player entries created an incredible $150,000 prize pool up for grabs. Wayne Campbell came out victorious to win the $40,000 top prize, defeating John May in heads up action who cashed in for $22,500. Both players entered the final day with low to middle chip stacks but managed to play a great game to finish at the top.
Dale Carroll and Gerald MacLeod, the two chipleaders entering the final day of play, finished in 4th and 3rd place respectively.

For another year, PEI’s Red Shores Racetrack & Casino dealt an incredible event that hosted a full house of players from different parts of the country. The ACPC is the largest and most important poker tournament taking place each year in the Maritimes.
