US Full Tilt Players will have 60 Days to File Claims for Remission of Funds

full-tilt-poker-claims-administratorThe Garden City Group has finally announced that former US players of Full Tilt Poker with funds stuck on the site can file petitions to claim back funds starting a month from now. Potential claimants will only have only 60-day window to file claims up until November 15, 2013.

Starting on September 16, 2013, GCG will email a Notice with instructions on how to submit a Petition for Remission online to all potentially eligible claimants identified by GCG utilizing data supplied by Full Tilt Poker (“FTP”). The deadline to submit a Petition for Remission is November 15, 2013. Instructions concerning the filing of Petitions will be included in the Notice and will be posted on this website dedicated to the claims process at www.FullTiltPokerClaims.com. Please continue to check this website for updates. Please note that the registration process for email notification is no longer available.

If the amount of forfeited funds exceeds the approved claims, players can expect to receive to receive their full balances on account as of April 15, 2011.

The GCG was appointed as claims administrator by the US Department of Justice to oversee the return of US player deposits.
