Another week has passed and that means another installment of the top Canadian online poker results. This past week had some close calls, double deep-runs, and a victory by an Canadian adopted online superstar.

In the first major of the day, the $109 Sunday Kickoff, $100K GTD a couple of Canucks made deep runs. Both making the final table, ‘mt1ps’ fell just short of the top prizes busting in fourth for $7,628 and fellow countryman ‘shibonimo’ was eliminated just before in fifth for $5,535.

The most prized event of the week had some Canadian talent at the final table. The Sunday Million gathered 5,383 runners this past Sunday boasting a prize pool just over the guarantee, closing at $1,076,000. ‘scallpell’ made a deep run making the final table and banked $36,082. Also making deep runs were ‘wobetting’ and ‘Ru11et’ finishing 12th and 13th respectively, each earning $5,925.

A three-way deal at the final table of the $22 Mini Sunday Million saw Canada’s ‘jomatra’ make a great return on his investment. With 10,285 entries creating a prize pool of $205,700, the Canuck took home *$19,725 after busting in third place.

Jon ‘apestyles’ Van Fleet has long been an online crusher. Van Fleet added another title to his legend on Sunday capturing the $1,050 Sunday Grand for Canada. Besting a field of 308 players, ‘apestyles’ added $57,942 to his career earnings.

The Big $215 featured a double dose of Canadian talent at the final table. Almost doubling the guarantee, 863 entries boosted the prize pool to $172,600. ‘D_Diggler99’ was awarded $14,900 for a third-place showing with ‘Spinach2’ busting the final table earlier walking away with $3,982.

The $55 Sunday Stack was close to being tamed by Canadians. Two made the final three but unfortunately finished second and third. ‘dlanger610’ earned the better share of the $90,850 prize pool receiving $9,843 for a runner-up finish while ‘matt613’ picked up $7,077 placing third. Germany’s ‘Fresh_oO_D’ topped the 1,817 field banking $13,690.

The Maple Leaf was well represented in the $1,050 Super Tuesday this week as well. Beating the $325,000 guarantee by more than $50,000, 377 runners battled for one of the top prizes available. ‘Mrp0p’ was able to secure some added value after making a deal heads-up. The Canadian made *$57,322 in the chop finishing second after fellow Canadian ‘BOOGANDEHAH’ hit the rail in third earning $37,197.
