2014-wsopIf you are planning to go to Vegas to play the World Series of Poker this year, be sure to bring two pieces of identification with you when registering for a tournament. In all prior years, non-US WSOP participants were required to show only one piece of ID, such as a passport, driver’s license, government issued ID card. As of 2014, you will need to show two pieces of ID including one that verifies proof of residency such as a utility bill, phone bill, property tax bill, bank statement, basically some official-looking document that has your name and address on it.

The news comes days before the start of the largest poker tournament series in the world.
