Ultimate Bet is hosting its first stand-alone series; from April 10th to 17th at total of 27 events will be offered, giving low stakes players a chance to compete for a guaranteed $650,000 in total cash and prizes.

The series kicks off with a $50+5 Deepstack with a 50k guaranteed prize pool and another of the same scheduled for Wednesday.  With various low stakes and disciplines scheduled over the 8 days of play, the series will concluded with a $100,000 GTD Monster Stack No Limit Hold’em with a $75+7 event. The top 50 players in this event will also receive a $215 entry into the following Sunday’s 200 GTD.

To add a little incentive, the player who wins the “King Of Cashing” title by having the most cashes over the inaugural Mini UBOC will receive a $12,000 WSOP package and be eligible for a minimum of $1000 more for taking a seat in Main Event sporting the UB brand.

Other promotions built into this UBOC series include; cash in 3 events and receive entry into a 10k freeroll, bust a UB pro and get the entry fee of the tournament back in event dollars and all final table players will have their choice of a Ultimate Bet hat or T-shirt. Absolute Poker players will also be eligible to play the Mini-UBOC events.

Also launching on April 10th, Ultimate Bet will be offering satellites for $2000 packages to play on the Heartland Poker Tour. For as low as 11 cents, players can “step up” to the $250+20 final step awarding the package, or buy-in directly to a dedicate event each Sunday for $200+15. The 2k VIP packages include a $1650 Heartland Poker Tour Season 7 Main Event entry at the stop of their choice, two nights hotel accommodations, swag and a dinner meet and greet with the UB Pro’s.  The final 6 players of each Heartland Poker Tour Main Event make up a TV table battling for a sizable chunk of money and is later broadcasted and made available to 100 million potential viewers in homes across the USA, along with distribution in Europe and the Caribbean.  If a little camera time is what you are after, this just might be your best shot. I love the game but am far to social to take it seriously and sometimes give up a little to much information at the table because I enjoy discussing the game, so decided it was safest for my bankroll to take up writing about the game. That way I still get to meet the cool people and opinions on the game, but with a little less risk.
