Full Tilt introduced the poker world to Rush Poker back in January, as it is a fast-paced game that constantly gives the players action. Once you fold a hand or the hand ends, players are then transferred to a different table and a new hand begins. It creates little to no downtime on tables and players who love to be involved with action have really taken a liking to it.
Full Tilt has taken Rush Poker a step further now, introducing it to beta testing for Rush Poker Mobile which allows players to play the fast-paced game on their mobile devices. The Mobile version of Rush Poker is available for anyone that has an Android-powered phone and the full list of devices include: Acer Liquid Stream S110, HTC Desire, HTC Droid Incredible, HTC Evo 4G, HTC Google Nexus One, HTC Desire HD, Motorola Droid 2, Motorola Droid Pro / Droid 2 World Edition, Motorola Droid X, and T-Mobile G2.
As the Rush Poker Mobile was written in Flash it is unable to be supported by the iPhone, but U.S legislation issues surrounding the legality of online poker may also play a part in why you do not see this available for iPhone users and likely won’t see it for the iPhone any time soon.
Early feedback from testers on the TwoPlusTwo forum have generally had good things to say about the Rush Poker Mobile apparatus as it appears as though online poker has officially hit the vastly growing mobile scene. If it continues to work well and gets more positive feedback the Rush Poker should be available for all players with compatible devices in the coming months.
