The 2015 Atlantic Canada’s Poker Championship (ACPC) is back October 16, 17, 18. This is Atlantic Canada’s biggest tournament of the year and takes place at the Red Shores Racetrack and Casino in Charlottetown, PEI.
The total buy-in is $550 ($500+ $50 admin fee). Players start with a 10,000 chip stack and there are three starting sessions: Friday at 6 pm and Saturday at 10 am & 6 pm Championship Round Sunday at 11 am 100 player per session $150,000 prize pool with a Top Prize of $40,000 (based on a sold out event).
There is a late entry option: In the event that a session of the ACPC poker tournament is not sold out, a prospective participant (late entry) may register for the tournament by purchasing a seat after the tournament has started. The tournament entry fee of Five hundred dollars ($500.00 CAD) and administration fee of fifty dollars ($50.00 CAD) must be paid in full to the tournament registration area prior to participating. Late entries will be accepted until the end of the third (3rd) blind level or within the first ninety (90) minutes of play.
Re-Entry Option: In the event that the qualifying round is not sold out and a participant is eliminated, re-entries will be permitted up to the sold out session number (100 participants) is reached, maximum of one (1) re-entry per session per player. Re-entry participants have the option to re-enter the tournament by paying the full entry fee of Five hundred dollars ($500.00 CAD) and administration fee of fifty dollars ($50.00 CAD) to the tournament registration area. Re-entries will be accepted until the end of the third (3rd) blind level or within the first ninety (90) minutes of play or until maximum session participation is achieved (whichever occurs first). Re-entries are on a first come first serve basis.
