The 2013 Foxwoods Poker Classic will be hosted once again with 20 exciting events offering different poker variations from No-Limit Hold’em, Deepstack NLH, Pot-Limit Omaha, 7-Card Stud, H.O.S.E. NLH Bounty, all leading up to the signature $2,500 No-Limit Hold’em Championship that is scheduled for Friday March 15, 2013 at NOON. It is a major tournament which attracts a top field of both professionals and amateurs.
Most of the events are re-entry and buy-ins start as little as $200.
Last year’s 2012 Foxwoods Poker Classic ran 20 tournaments with 5,243 player entries and prize pools totaling $2,269,452. The $2,500 Championship event had a prize pool of more than $663k with 294 entries.
Foxwoods Resort Casino is one of the premier entertainment destinations in the Northeast and located in Mashantucket, Connecticut. Foxwoods is one of the largest resort casinos in North America and is owned and operated by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.
