2012 SIGA Poker Championships at Dakota Dunes Casino – October 20th and 21st


This particular $550 event is played over 2 days, in what now appears to be the seventh edition of the Poker Championship put on by the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority.

Last year’s Winnipeg player Leo Leclerc cashed in on his trip to the Dakota Dunes Casino, besting a field of 336 players to claim the $36,840 top prize, plus a seat for the 2012 World Series of Poker.

Dakota Dunes is certainly picking up steam as a staple stop for tournaments, with the latest 2012 Dakota Dunes Arrowhead Poker Series event held on February 18th-19th 2012.



$250,000 Texas Hold’ Em No Limit, Freeze Out Format

Starting Chips: 20,000

No Ticket, No Entry. There will be no exceptions for lost, misplaced, or left behind entry tickets.

Actual purchased ticket must be presented at registration.

Ticket Cost: $500 Entry Fee + $50 Administration Fee

Registration: Friday, Oct 19th from 4:00pm – 12:00am and Saturday, Oct 20th from 9:00am – 10:30am

Tournament begins at 11:00am both days

Prize payout based on total number of entries
