2011 Canadian Open Poker Championships Main Event $1650 NLH | Final Day Gallery


The 2011 COPC Main Event resumes into Day 2 today and after 14 levels of play on Saturday, Edmonton’s Kyle Johnson is the chip leader with 403,100 in chips followed by Calgary’s Bo Fric who has 328,600 chips.

Kyle posted an impressive result at this summers WSOP Main Event where he finished in 27th spot to bring home $302,000.

Others still in the running are a couple of runners up at other COPC events looking for a first place finish. Heads-Up runner up Joel Bullock is currently sitting in 5th spot followed by Event #6 runner up Peter Byington.

Seventeen players remain going into Day 2 and the winner can expect to receive $44,900.
